The Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
The Chamber’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events. Cancellations received during regular office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-Thurs., 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Fridays, except holidays) in advance of the publicized cancellation deadline for that event, in person, by phone, or by email will be refunded in full using the same method utilized for the original payment. Each event will have a clearly visible cancellation deadline on the event reservation form.
Payment for membership dues in the Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year. Dues are not refundable.
The Chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorship.
